Engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) arrangement, Kingston Building partnered with Whiteley Corporation to transform their existing Tomago site into a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant for hospital-grade hand sanitiser and other therapeutic products.

To meet the high compliance standards, Kingston implemented specialised construction techniques, including anti-static flooring and SteriGuard finishes to mitigate spark risks, Bondor Panels for dust-free surfaces, and HEPA filtration systems to maintain cleanroom air quality. Safety and precision were important, with site-specific hazard studies ensuring correct mechanical zoning and pressurisation to prevent hazardous gas mixing.
