The Master Builders Association (MBA) Newcastle, Hunter & Central Coast Excellence in Building Awards were held on Friday, 6 September 2024.

For our new office building, The Depot, Kingston Building was nominated in several categories, and we are proud to announce that we were successful in securing five awards:

• Commercial Projects Under $1 Million
• Extensions, Renovations, & Refurbishments Under $1 Million
• Interior and Shop Fit Outs Under $1 Million
• Energy Efficiency & Environmental Sustainability Under $1 Million
• Best Use Of Masonry

We were also successful in the following award categories for our Oak Tree Broadmeadow Over 55s Village:

• Aged Care / Lifestyle Over 55s Retirement Development Under $20 Million
• Apartment Developments

These are outstanding achievements that would not have been possible without the collaboration between our team, consultants and subcontractors. Thank you to every one who contributed to the success of these projects, and to the Master Builders Association, of which we’re a proud member.
