Landmark Achievement: Kingston Building wins Commercial Builder Of The Year 2025 at the MBA Newcastle Excellence in Building Awards

Commercial Builder Of The Year & Five Further Awards At The 2025 MBA Newcastle Excellence In Building Awards

Kingston proudly accepted the highest honour at the recent awards ceremony, topping off an incredible 12 months. In a hugely competitive environment, this is a particularly monumental achievement for our mid-sized team.

Kingston have delivered outstanding entrants across several categories, not limited in one area of commercial construction. From affordable public housing, education facilities, complex industrial manufacturing facilities and environmentally sustainable multipurpose buildings. Kingston received great feedback from clients for their complicated design requirements and quality throughout their projects. This have given the judges a Commercial Builder of the year worthy of this accolade.

– Master Builders Association of NSW

In addition to winning Commercial Builder of the Year 2025, we also won a further five awards for the safe delivery of quality projects across a diverse range of categories and sectors, showcasing our team’s depth and versatility:

This is an amazing outcome for the company and for the entire Kingston team. This is not about any individual – it is recognition for the hard work, professionalism and dedication of each and every Kingston Building team member and all should be extremely proud to have contributed substantially to this incredible success. This success could also not be achieved without the skill and professionalism of our subcontractors and consultants who are integral to the delivery process. We also thank our important clients for the opportunities and ongoing relationships.

Congratulations also to all the other winners. We are proud to be part of such an inspiring construction community.

– John Tonkin & Matt Howard, Directors
