We are thrilled to announce that Kingston has consistently achieved a Lost Time Injury Frequency rate (LTIFR) well below the Industry Standard for the Building Construction Industry of 6.5. However, it brings us even greater joy to share that we accomplished a remarkable ZERO LTIFR for the entire 2022/2023 Financial Year. This achievement reflects our collective dedication to fostering a safe environment for all our team members.

OTG Broadmeadow Site Inspection Success

In July, the OTG Broadmeadow site underwent an unscheduled inspection by the Building Commissioner, David Chandler, along with WorkSafe NSW. We are delighted to report that our dedicated project team demonstrated their expertise and professionalism in showcasing the project to the Commissioner. Thanks to their efforts, the site presentation was of high quality, ensuring compliance with the D&BP Act and the WHS Act.

Kingston Building received high praise from the Commissioner, and the project itself received commendable feedback. It is important to highlight that a total of 5 projects were inspected on that day, and 3 of them were shut down. Our successful site inspection stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to safety and our dedication to upholding the highest standards in the industry.
