Kingston Building completed the construction of a 10 unit general housing development.
The works consisted of the demolition of 3 existing cottages, construction of 2 x two storey buildings housing 4 and 6 units respectively, with an associated carpark.
The project was successfully delivered in a remote location on the NSW South Coast making use of a local subcontractor base.
The units included provisions for future adaptability including bathroom modifications and adjustable height benchtops.
The main challenge overcome was the implementation of the NBN to the project as this was one of the 1st projects in the region to have the upgraded system.
