Completed in April 2021, this 4 storey 34 unit project has been undertaken as a complete development with Kingston undertaking all aspects from being a financial development partner through to designing the project, obtaining development approval and building the development.
Overcoming an asbestos impacted site, undertaking significant road widening, and having to bring services infrastructure to the site from remote locations ensured that this project was a challenge to the design and construct team.
The project was fast-tracked and built in less than 12 months – a real credit to the team due to the complexity of the approvals process and construction requirements.
With a combination of 2 and 3 bedroom units incorporating high quality finishes, the project will be an outstanding contributor to Compass Housing’s portfolio of affordable housing developments.
