Kingston Wins At The 2022 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards
At last Saturday’s 2022 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, Kingston Building was successful in winning two awards for our Toukley Apartments project.
HIA Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards represent the pinnacle of achievement in Australia’s residential building industry. The Awards acknowledge the talent of designers, builders and building companies who plan and construct quality new housing and apartments, renovations and outdoor projects.
Kingston took out the awards for Affordable Housing and Specialised Housing of the Year for the recently completed Toukley Apartments project.
The 4 storey 34 unit project was undertaken as a complete development with Kingston handling all aspects from being a financial development partner through to designing the project, obtaining development approval and building the development.
Kingston Building was also recognised as a finalist in the Work Health Safety category.
