Kingston Building is proud to have taken home three awards at the 2026 HIA Hunter Housing Awards!

🏆 Workplace Health & Safety
🏆 Specialised Housing – SDA Group Home Boolaroo
🏆 Affordable Housing – Homes NSW Waratah West

These wins mark another significant milestone for our team, recognising our 5th consecutive year of success across the Social and Affordable Housing categories, along with our 4th Workplace Health & Safety award in five years!

We’re also thrilled to announce that our Boolaroo SDA Group Home development will now progress to the HIA Australian Housing Awards in May 2027, representing the Hunter region on the national stage!

A huge thank you to our hardworking staff, subcontractors, suppliers and valued clients who continue to contribute to our success.
