The project, located in Toronto, involved the design and construction of 23 high end units overlooking Lake Macquarie. The project was built on a site with a deep excavation with contiguous piled walls to allow the construction of the basement carpark. The project incorporated the installation of 4 lifts to service the units which were built in four separate blocks.

The site was extremely tight with limited access as a result of the buildings being constructed immediately adjacent to the boundaries on all 4 sides. Issues were also associated with overhead power lines along the front of the site and Council requirements of limited parking in the adjacent Council carpark.

During construction there were extreme weather conditions which flooded the site and caused trees from neighbouring properties to fall into the site. There were weeks of repair works required which, whilst delaying the project, did not impact the completion duration.

The installation included high tech services and high end finishes which allowed the developers to achieve record sales prices for the units.
