Kingston Building was awarded the design and construct contract for a 71 place early learning childcare facility for 0-5 year olds at Cardiff, NSW.

The contract works totalled $1.4m and included the following key components:

  • Car parking for 18 plus bicycles
  • Full commercial stainless steel kitchen
  • Soundproofed cot rooms, change tables and baths for babies
  • Compliant outdoor playground and equipment with shade cover.
