Kingston Building was awarded the lump sum contract. comprising 20 luxurious spa suites and 17 treatment rooms within the Tuscan Style destination spa. Also constructed were 40 spa king rooms and 40 one bedroom spa villas which can be co-joined to offer two bedroom suites all with spa baths and generous villa balconies and terraces overlooking the Vintage Fairways. The project provides accommodation for 200 guests to enjoy French spa treatments, golf and Hunter wines.

Kingston had a tight time frame and delivered the project 6 weeks early at the request of the client. Kingston had up to 200 personnel on site in order to complete the project ahead of schedule without any lost time injuries. Kingston made considerable resources available to provide costings and alternate finishes in order to achieve a 5% saving on the contract sum. This allowed the client to upgrade from the original finishes schedule whilst still remaining under the original contract sum.

The delivery of a high quality accommodation resort in such a short time frame requires considerable coordination effort and attention to detail. For instance 6000sqm of tiles were laid, 3000sqm of plasterboard was installed and painted, 500 joinery and 1700 light fittings were installed along with 2000 cubic metres of concrete was poured.
