Maxi Save, Belmont, located within Belmont Central Plaza, underwent a comprehensive retail fit-out that redefined its space. The transformation involved the demolition of the pre-existing pharmacy fit out, giving way to an efficient retail environment.
The project encompassed various elements essential for a seamless shopping experience. Notably, the installation of a breakroom for staff and check-out registers. Additionally, the inclusion of commercial fridges and freezers allows for effective product display and preservation.
A standout feature of this project is the innovative flooring choice. The incorporation of interlocking Armstrong Vinyl tiles holds significant advantages; the puzzle-like design allows for effortless sub-floor access and quick floor repairs, a cost-effective approach that maximises efficiency and minimises disruptions.
