Kingston’s in-house Design Manager works with clients to create fit outs that meet the intended occupants’ needs. We can work with preconceived architectural plans or initiate the first stages of the design process.

A major outcome of this phase is ensuring that all internal elements – including partitions, joinery and services – meet the relevant Australian Standards and Building Code requirements. We focus on integrating high-end aesthetics with practical building solutions, ensuring the design is not only visually striking but also buildable and cost-effective.

Completion

Our handover process involves conducting thorough inspections with the client and certifiers to ensure the fit out meets all Australian Standards and quality benchmarks.

Once the project is completed, we work closely with the tenant or facility manager to facilitate a smooth handover. We ensure that all necessary systems are commissioned and that the client is fully briefed on the operation of their new space.
